We can also arrange delivery for you. The following information is meant as a guideline only. We will always need to provide an exact quotation to you depending on the type of chair you order and your exact address.
Overseas deliveries require box packaging
For most UK deliveries bubble wrap is sufficient

We work together with local removal experts
McAdie & Reeve who are based in Kirkwall.
We will contact you to inform you when your chair has been collected and thereafter McAdie & Reeve will remain in direct contact with you until your chair has safely reached your home.
Cost of delivery is in range of £70 for 2005
For most UK addresses your chair is bubble wrapped at no extra cost though some locations require your chair is box packaged for the journey; cost £35.
For Northern Ireland, EIRE and all overseas destinations your chair
is carefully wrapped in specially made thick cardboard boxes, lined with
polystyrene and padded with bubble wrap.

We contract in a carrier for you.
Cost in 2005 is generally in region of £200-£250 from our
door to yours. Plus £35 box packaging.
For delivery outwith the UK and Ireland we use airfreight to send your chair to your nearest international airport

and do bear in mind all costs are intended as a guideline only until
you have an exact quote.
Prices below are a guideline for basic chairs with or without a drawer.
Due to their additional weight and volume hooded chairs are more expensive to ship. An indication of the additional cost you can expect is also given below.

Insurance
You may choose to arrange your own transit insurance, have Scapa Crafts
organise transit insurance on your behalf or opt for no insurance,
which we would not recommend despite our excellent packaging!
If you choose to request Scapa Crafts insure your chair for you the cost would be £60-£80 per chair.
