Ordering and Payment

• Payment of a deposit of £100 will reserve a timeslot for your chair to be made.

• Approx 8 weeks before your timeslot we will check you are still happy to go ahead with your order and we will request that full payment for your chair, and shipping costs if applicable, reach us before the beginning of your timeslot.

• Assuming we have your payment before the start of your timeslot your chair will be began at your allotted time. If you payment is late and your timeslot has passed your chair may be delayed.

• Approx 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment and your timeslot your chair will normally be ready for shipping.

• We will contact you as soon as your chair is completed to arrange delivery.

Payment details
We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order of your chair:

• Before your timeslot your deposit will be returned to you.
• Within your timeslot your deposit will be retained.
• If you have paid the full settlement of the chair and your chair has been started and you wish to cancel your full payment is non returnable.
